Leadership Coaching for Executives or Managers – These are one-on-one sessions with you and your coach to work on or discuss outcomes for your business and/or leadership needs. The focus is on assisting leaders to achieve their goals as quickly and efficiently as possible. Coaching sessions are held over the phone or at face-to-face.
Team Coaching – Team coaching can either be a series of facilitated team meetings with your leadership team, or it can be a one-on-one meeting with individual members of your leadership team combined with group meetings. Our focus is ensuring that the entire team being coached improves their team effectiveness. A common goal in team coaching is to increase awareness of the team dynamics to enhance open communications while increasing awareness of team’s strengths and opportunities to collaborate for the best interest of the organization and team.
Skills Application Coaching for Learners – Coaching paired with learning a new skill helps to reinforce the training program to apply the knowledge and skills acquired. It provides for focused, one-on-one discussions about how to apply new concepts and internalize these learnings to maximize the benefit for the learner and the organization. Conducted in a confidential environment, this type of coaching helps learners remove self-imposed limitations, and leverage strengths, essentially provide the return on investment and result in observable behavior change.
