Coaching Essentials®

Coaching Essentials is a skills-based training program that gives leaders the mindset, key skills, and process they need to accelerate development and bring out the best in their people. It teaches managers how to use coach- like behaviors so that productivity goes up, teams are more unified, and the company overall performs better.

Emotional Intelligence & Leadership Success)

This workshop will demonstrate how emotional intelligence is linked to leadership success through individual assessment, large group debrief, peer coaching, and practical exercises. To assist leaders’ growth in this area, we utilize the EQ-i 2.0 Leadership Assessment, the first scientifically validated EI tool in the world. This report provides insight into the key leadership dimensions of authenticity, coaching, insight and innovation. High scores in these areas have been linked to high productivity, decreased employee turnover, increased efficiency, higher work satisfaction, trust, and organizational loyalty.

First-Time Manager

Most new managers are promoted without the skills to be an effective manager. Our First-time Manager program teaches the skills needed to step into their new role, equipped for success so their direct reports are engaged and productive from the start. It introduces the mindset, core conversations, and communication skills new managers need to drive greater results.

Leading People Through Change®

The Leading People Through Change program teaches leaders how to identify and address the typical questions that employees raise during a change, and appropriate change strategies to resolve corresponding behaviors and resolve concerns.

Leading Virtually

With so many leaders managing team members who are working in different time zones, countries, and continents, or even just in different locations in the same city, there is an ever-increasing need for people who don’t see each other frequently to figure out how to work better together.

The Leading Virtually™ program recognizes there are lots of challenges to being a great virtual leader. The good news is that leaders can overcome these challenges. The three specific areas of leadership focus described in this program are called disciplines because effective virtual leaders deliberately choose how they interact. The three disciplines of leading virtually are focus attentiveness, foster community and accelerate development.

SLII Experience™

Develop competence, gain commitment, and retain talent
SLII is one of the most widely used, practical, and comprehensive leadership models in the world. SLII creates a shared process, language, and model for building leadership across all levels. Our new learning design, The SLII Experience, uses game-changing techniques that immerse learners in SLII quickly, deeply, and effectively.

Team Collaboration (1/2 day – 1 day depending on team size)

The leader and his/her team members gather to share their DISC and Motivator preferences in communicating at work. This is facilitated with a “coach approach” to guide the group through open discussion about their work preferences and group action planning to enhance team collaboration and best support one another. **Additional sessions can be added depending on the group size.
NOTE: Prerequisite class is “Communicating for Success”.
