As the CEO and founder of Strategic Development Associates, Torrey helps businesses overcome the challenges they face by developing systems and strategies necessary for organizational change and growth. Prior to founding SDA in 2002, Torrey served in various internal corporate functions, such as Talent Development, Account Management, and Program Management, and Human Resources for Allegis Group, Inc. and AAI Corporation.

A trusted business advisor and coach, she has helped a variety of executives solve problems and implement solutions to optimize their team structures and work environments. Working on large, complex projects to identify processes and implement change and learning solutions are some of her favorite undertakings. With over 20 years experience, she offers a wealth of knowledge to clients seeking organizational change management consulting, leadership development and coaching.

Torrey is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), and a member of Chesapeake Bay Organizational Development Network, and Association for Change Management. She received her Master’s Degree in industrial/organizational psychology from the University of Baltimore.

She resides in Severna Park, Maryland with her husband and two daughters. A longtime skiing enthusiast, her dream is to visit Switzerland and ski in the Swiss alps.
